Laura Bernard is an associate with Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP. Her practice includes environmental litigation and compliance counseling.

Laura's professional expertise includes:

• Representing clients in litigation involving soil and groundwater contamination, including cases involving CERCLA and state law claims
• Advising clients on contaminated property and redevelopment issues at private property and former military sites
• Representing and advising clients on federal and state compliance matters involving all areas of environmental law, including among other things, the Clean Water Act and federal and state hazardous substance regulation
