Nicole M. Martin

Nicole Martin is an associate with Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP. Her practice focuses on environmental litigation and compliance counseling. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked as a Graduate Research Fellow at U.C. Hastings' Center for State and Local Government Law.

Nicole's professional expertise includes:

• Representing clients in defense of claims for recovery of environmental clean-up costs and related damages
  
• Counseling clients regarding state and federal environmental and land use statutes and regulations, including CEQA, NEPA, the Clean Water Act, and CERCLA
