Military Base Reuse

Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP’s military base reuse practice is national in scope.  We have represented property owners, remediation contractors and purchasers at bases across the country, and have negotiated Early Transfer Cooperative Agreements (“ETCAs” or “ESCAs”), guaranteed fixed price and other performance-based contracts, environmental insurance policies (including cost cap, PLL, finite, and contractor pollution legal liability policies), remediation trust agreements, and all associated regulatory and consent agreements.
