Josh Boom joins a distinguished panel of speakers at an upcoming conference entitled California Water Quality & Its Impact on Supply, Monday and Tuesday, July 19 & 20, 2010, in San Francisco, sponsored by Law Seminars International.

This comprehensive conference addresses key water quality and stormwater management issues in California, including new federal and state policy initiatives and enforcement priorities.

Josh will be speaking on Monday, July 19 at 9:30 a.m. in a seminar entitled “Navigable Waters: The Legacy of SWANCC and Rapanos Cases.”

Congress enacted the Clean Water Act more than 30 years ago, yet the Act remains a work in progress. Today stormwater issues are a significant source of concern to the health of California and the object of ever increasing environmental restrictions, enforcement and land use regulations.
